We stayed two nights for our anniversary and the Terrace View Room was worth every penny. Had dinner on the actual terrace both evenings, then wandered into the gaming lounge for an hour of blackjack before bed. Quiet, well run, no fuss.
Booked the Pebblewick Suite for a work trip that turned into a proper break. The dealers in the lounge were easy to chat with and didn't rush anyone. Breakfast the next morning by the river was a nice way to end it.

The Classic Riverside Room was smaller than I imagined but comfortable enough, and the location made up for it entirely. Ten minutes to the harbourside on foot. Tried the roulette table one evening just to see what the fuss was about, quite a relaxed atmosphere.
We hosted a small family celebration in one of their function rooms and the staff handled the whole evening without a hitch. The terrace dinner beforehand was excellent, proper seasonal menu, not the usual hotel fare.
Stayed in the Grand Riverside Suite for three nights. The sitting room made it feel like an actual home rather than a hotel room. Evenings in the lounge with the blackjack tables were a pleasant way to wind down without leaving the building.
